OSLO YOGA & WELLNESS FESTIVAL | A one day experience

Join us for the Oslo Yoga & Wellness Festival, an exciting one-day yoga, pilates + wellness event in the heart of Oslo. This festival features 12 classes in 2 different studios, a plant-based lunch, premium gift bags, and a vendor market.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, Oslo Yoga & Wellness Festival offers something for everyone. Enjoy a dynamic lineup of yoga classes, meditation sessions, and holistic workshops led by expert instructors Sunniva Sipus, Johanna Fredriksson, and Jessica Winderl. From Vinyasa to Restorative, and everything in between, the festival provides a diverse range of classes that cater to all levels and styles.
Class options include: Hot Power Vinyasa, Seasonal Flow, Yin + Acupressure, Yoga Nidra, Breathwork, Power Pilates, Arm Balances + Handstands, Ayurveda, Hot Rest + Digest, and so much more. There truly is something for everyone, and this event is a great opportunity to try something new! We have curated the class offerings to be a good mix of relaxing, dynamic, and lectures. Classes are all levels, and open to all.
All participants can choose which classes/how many they take, up to 6. Registration for individual classes will be open at event check-in, and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Mini massages will also be offered during the day in a private massage room by Emilie Thun, for an additional price. Emilie is an amazing bodyworker — treat yourself!
The studio has numerous showers and large changing areas, so bring a change of clothes if you would like to shower after a hot class or before leaving the festival. Please bring a towel.
Mats and all props are provided, as well as cool lemon-lavender forehead towels after the hot classes.
